Terms of Service

By creating a GlowDesk account you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree please do not use GlowDesk.

GlowDesk is a subscription-based client management and booking platform for lash and nail technicians provided by Stacklane Studio. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You may not use GlowDesk for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

GlowDesk is offered on a subscription basis billed monthly or annually. Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Refunds are available within 7 days of your first charge — contact hello@glowdesk.org to request one.

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start your trial. At the end of your trial you will be prompted to choose a subscription plan. If you do not subscribe your account will be paused and your data retained for 30 days.

You own your data. We do not sell it or use it for advertising. You can export or delete your data at any time by contacting hello@glowdesk.org. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

You are solely responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from your clients before entering their information into GlowDesk. You agree to handle your clients' personal data in compliance with applicable privacy laws.

You agree not to:

• Use GlowDesk for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Resell or sublicense GlowDesk to third parties

GlowDesk is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stacklane Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of GlowDesk.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of GlowDesk after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
